Winemaking

After sorting, the entire grapes are displayed in vats. Maceration lasts 12 days in order to extract tannins as well as rich and complex material. A slow, non-aggressive pressing preserves the natural elegance of this wine. During 8 months, this wine matures in vats (60%) and in casks (40%).

Alcohol content: 13 % vol.

Dégustation :

A dark and sombre robe. A rich nose with red fruits and a strawberry prevailing taste. In mouth, we are surprise by style and delicacy. Then comes richness with strengh and real but well balanced tannins.

Serve at about 14°C.
