Moulin-à-Vent

Les Terrasses

Présentation :

Moulin‐à‐Vent is an appellation covering soft slopes. Its terroirs are based on a granitic basement. When near the banks of the Saône, the soils’ composition is increasingly sand, gravels and pebbles forming alluvial terraces. It is the manganese infiltration that makes this “cru“ so particular and gives its quality.

Dégustation :

The deep intense ruby color is a great introduction to the expressive nose of this prestigious “cru”. Complex fruit and flower aromas, spicy and jammy notes are backboned by a solid structure on the palate. This “vin de garde” (a wine to be kept) is characterized by a long‐lasting finale.
