Brouilly

Les pentes

Présentation :

Brouilly is the most extended appellation amongst the Beaujolais “crus” and is situated on the slopes and at the foot of Mont Brouilly. This landmark has been cultivated since the
Gallo‐Roman period. The soils are pretty heterogeneous as they can be composed of pink granite, deorite (which is less acid) and of marly limestone substrates. This diversity of terroirs is the explanation for the diversity of these wines.

Dégustation :

Intense ruby color. The nose expression consists in small red fruits and plum aromas. A neat and direct attack becomes full and fleshy showing a sappy structure along with rounded
tannins. This elegant wine expresses remarkably the gamay’s.
