Winemaking Typical of Beaujolais Nouveau, the winemaking technique used is low temperature semi-carbonic maceration (whole and partial bunches of grapes are vatted and the alcoholic fermentation starts inside each grape). The precise management of temperatures allows longer winemaking process (more than 10 days). When making this wine, the aim was to create a nice harmony between fruit and matter in order to obtain a rich and elegant wine with a beautiful structure. Alcohol content: 12.5 % vol. |
Dégustation : | Aurélie’s Tasting Notes Vivid red color with glints of garnet. Complex nose of red and black fruits expressed one after the other. The mouth is as promised by the nose, rich, with a great deal of substance and a roundness in the end note which almost eclipses the « primeur » style of this Beaujolais Villages Nouveau. Serve at about 15°C |
